Schools Rate Disparity (853/4410)

Call to Action:

Send this note to your networks:  Please join me in urging the Governor to support students with disabilities by signing A. 8013/ S. 6516-A into law. This legislation, which was passed by both the Senate and Assembly in June 2021, would provide preschool special education programs, as well as state-approved non-public schools for school-aged students with intensive needs, with the same payment rate increase as school districts receive. It would help ensure that schools that serve students with significant disabilities stop closing and that children with disabilities get the support they need to learn. Click to support the effort and send an email to the Governor!
