This committee plays an integral role with 14-21 year old students with developmental disabilities who are preparing to leave mandated educational services.
The Committee advocates, in compliance with New York State law, that our population receive appropriate transition planning. The Committee facilitates information, training, and a variety of resources to benefit students with disabilities.
